Recording Policy:

If any participant objects at any time to the meeting being recorded, the moderator needs to stop the recording immediately and is obliged to remove the recording already captured. Furthermore, if any participant in the meeting recording requests to delete and/or not share the recording, the moderator is legally obliged to adhere to that request. In this case, the recording needs to be deleted or the sharing stopped until the request has been revoked.
